Getting more and more fed up and frustrated with the system... Ridiculous yet have to follow...What does it mean that to use the name, we have to seek their approval? What is the big hoo ha to use the name? I dun get it man...
Support cannot go directly to the mgt, in future, to go through the senior to their senior (Senior still cannot go to mgt directly) or to get the mgt to go the mgt... Izzit a waste of time??? Going through so many channels to get things done... No wonder ppl are saying that they waste so much time to go through a lot of channels to get things done... What the heck???
Get it straight... Going to mgt directly doesn't mean no respect... Just want to get thing done and move... Not trying to order or teach you...
Why can't anyone voice out??? Other can voice out their concern, their request, but why can't we do the same thing too??? Does that mean that we have to absorb everything???
Cases are piling up yet got to follow these nonsense... Never say anything didn't mean nothing... Tolerating... Is getting too much to bear...
